May 15 @ 12pm ET
Tanya is a big fan of Glennon Doyle, making it an obvious first podcast pick. Let’s hear the best advice ever and talk about what that could mean for our lives.
June 19 @ 12pm ET
Listen to the audiobook or read it on your Kindle or physical copy. Whatever way you like to enjoy your books, we’re here for it. We’ll explore the limiting beliefs and Energetic Clutter in Jennette’s popular memoir.
“Life imitates art.”
And sometimes, art says the thing we didn’t know we needed to hear.
A line in a book. A scene in a show. A moment in a podcast.
You’ve felt that spark—that pause—when something clicks.
A soft insight. A hidden nugget of personal wisdom.
Not loud or flashy, but real enough to stay with you.
Stories & Screens is where we talk about those moments—and why they matter.
🎧 What is Stories & Screens?
A “Book Plus Club” for Your Inner Growth Journey
Stories & Screens is a free, virtual club where we explore personal growth and development through stories told on screen and through sound.
We’ll reflect together using:
Podcasts
Movies
TV shows
And yes, maybe a book or two
It’s like a book club—but with a broader lens and a softer vibe.
Why It Matters
Not everything that fills our time feeds our growth. There’s a lot of noise out there—and when we’re moving fast, it’s easy to miss the quiet truths that help us come home to ourselves.
But every once in a while, something lands.
A moment in a show.
A sentence in a podcast.
A character arc that makes you think,
“Wait… is this about me?”
The stories we watch and listen to aren’t just entertainment—they mirror our patterns, our possibilities, and sometimes even our pain.
They can reveal beliefs we didn’t know we were carrying. They can remind us we’re not alone. And they can offer us a way forward that actually feels good.
This isn’t about analyzing content.
It’s about listening with a different kind of attention—one that helps clear Energetic Clutter and reconnect you to the life you’re here to live.
Let’s pause. Reflect. And find meaning in what we’re already watching, reading, and hearing.

Tanya Cole-Lesnick
Tanya brings years of experience helping people navigate their inner lives—first as a therapist, now as a personal growth coach. he has experience leading book clubs, both at Barnes & Noble and in her private therapy practice, always with a unique approach: turning stories into starting points for self-discovery.
With Stories & Screens, she’s opening up the circle—welcoming more people into a “book plus club” where growth comes from the media that moves us: books, shows, podcasts, and more.
Tanya has a gift for asking questions that open new perspectives and stir meaningful conversation. She believes transformation doesn’t have to feel like hard work—it can start with a sentence, a scene, or a shared story.
With heart, clarity, and a deep appreciation for connection, she creates space for thoughtful exploration and honest dialogue.

Molly Lesnick
With a background in sociology and a natural gift for writing, Molly brings a thoughtful and reflective voice to Stories & Screens. For her, writing isn’t just expression—it’s how she processes, makes sense of emotions, and explores growth.
Her interest in people (shaped by both her studies and her therapist mom!) shows up in the way she listens, reflects, and holds space in group conversations. Molly has always had an eye for language—since childhood, her ability to spot powerful words and phrases has stood out to those around her.
She leads with warmth, insight, and a curiosity that invites deeper reflection. And of course, her rescue pup Tink is never far, often curled up nearby during meetings, quietly supporting the creative flow.
